In her impressive career, Krystal has navigated roles in sales and operations within pharmaceutical companies, software firms, and Contract Research Organizations (CROs). Her journey began in regulatory affairs in the pharmaceutical sector, instilling in her a deep understanding of the importance of Good Clinical/Lab/Manufacturing Practices and the regulatory obligations crucial to Endpoint’s clients. Having spent her formative years visiting clinics, Krystal grasps the challenges they face and recognizes the critical role of offering software tools that alleviate rather than add to their burdens.
